Abstract:
Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na přehled névocelulárních lézí kůže. Úvod obsahuje anatomii a histologii kožního systému, zvláště se soustředí na histologii jednotlivých lézí kůže. Dále se zaměřuje na melanocytární névy, benigní nádory kůže a maligní nádory. Materiál a metodika obsahuje histologickou techniku a zpracování histologických preparátů. Abstract:
My thesis is focused on an overview naevocellular skin lesions. Introduction includes anatomy and histology skin system, particularly the focus on individual histology of skin lesions. Furthermore, focusing on melanocytic naevi, benign skin tumors and malignant tumors. Material and methods include histological technique and processing of histological slides.
