Abstract:
Moje práce je složena z teoretické části a z části praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na změny pohybového systému při stárnutí organismu, prevenci změn a NW. V praktické části porovnávám výsledky práce, získané dotazníkovou metodou.
Abstract:
My work consists of a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on changes in the locomotor system during aging, preventing change, NW. In comparing the results of practical work, obtained by questionnaire.
