Tématem práce je omezení svéprávnosti zletilých osob. První kapitola je úvod do práce. Druhá kapitola se věnuje svéprávnosti a plnému nabytí svéprávnosti přiznáním soudu a nabytí plné svéprávnosti uzavřením manželství. The theme of the thesis is the limitation of legal capacity of adult persons. The first chapter is an introduction to the thesis. The second chapter deals with the lawfulness and full acquisition of legal capacity by granting the court and acquiring full of legal capacity by concluding marriage.
