Stravovací možnosti osob se specifickými stravovacími požadavky v NP České Švýcarsko

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stravovacími možnostmi osob se specifickými stravovacími požadavky při pěší turistice, konkrétně stravovacími možnostmi celiaků, vegetariánů, veganů a osob stravující se bez mléka, na turistické trase v Národním parku České Švýcarsko. Práce zároveň zkoumá zkušenosti osob se specifickými stravovacími požadavky se stravovacími zařízeními podél pěších turistických tras. Výsledkem výzkumu je mezera na trhu mezi poptávkou osob se stravovacími omezeními po pokrmech a nabídkou pokrmů stravovacích zařízeních podél turistických tras.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the dietary options of people with specific dietary requirements during hiking, specifically the dietary options of people with coeliac disease, vegetarians, vegans, and people eating without milk, on the hiking route in the National Park Bohemian Switzerland. The thesis also examines the experience of people with specific dietary requirements with food establishments along hiking routes. The result of the research is a gap on the market between the demand of people with dietary requirements for meals and the supply of meals by food establishments along hiking routes.
