Abstract:
Prostatická tkáň má unikátní vztah k zinečnatým iontům a ten je při vzniku karcinomu prostaty narušen. Tento kov se ve zdravé prostatické tkáni účastní regulace významných buněčných dějů včetně intermediálního metabolizmu, buněčného dělení, nebo apoptózy. The prostatic tissue has a unique relationship with zinc ions, which is disturbed during prostate cancer development. This metal takes part in the regulation of important cellular processes including the intermediary metabolism, the cell division, or the apoptosis in a healthy prostatic tissue.
