Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zavinění v trestním právu, krátce uvede vývoj zavinění na našem území, poté bude zpracovává otázky úmyslu a nedbalosti, otázky subjektivní stránky trestného činu a také o omylech v trestním právu. This bachelor thesis will concern the subject of the guilt in crimanal law, also will shortly introduce the development of the guilt in our country. Next it will deal with questions of the intention and the negligence, the questions of the mens rea in crimes and also about the miscarriages in criminal law.
