Zásada materiální publicity v katastru nemovitostí

"Good faith"principle in the Land Register
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci popisují jednu ze zásad vedení katastru, a sice zásadu materiální publicity. Po stručné charakteristice této zásady se věnuji jejímu praktickému uplatnění, zejména uvádím řadu soudních rozhodnutí, která se této zásady týkají a na jejichž základě provádím právní zhodnocení této zásady.
Abstract:
Bachelor work occupy oneself with one of the principle leading of the Land registry. It is material publicity principle. This work contains both short description of the principle and practical use of this. Practical part features a lot of judical decision which be related to principle of material publicity. On the base of these decisions I judge this principle.
