Respiratory physiotherapy in children with bronchial asthma using playing wind instruments

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou onemocnění asthma bronchiale u dětí. V teoretické části je v první, druhé a třetí kapitole shrnuta anatomie a fyziologie respiračního systému a kineziologie dýchání. Nemoc asthma bronchiale a její léčba je popsána ve čtvrté, páté a šesté kapitole. Poslední kapitola obsahuje praktickou část, kazuistiku pacientky s diagnostikovaným asthma bronchiale. Pacientka absolvovala osm terapií, které obsahovaly prvky respirační fyzioterapie a hru na hudební dechový nástroj.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis concentrates on the problems with an illness called asthma bronchiale amongst the children. In the theoretical part, in the first, the second and the third chapter, there is a summary of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system as well as the kinesiology of breathing. The illness asthma bronchiale and its therapy is described in the fourth, the fifth and the sixth chapter. The last chapter consists of the practical part and the casuistry of a patient with diagnosed asthma bronchiale. The patient has undertook eight therapies, which have included the elements of the respiratory physiotherapy and playing the musical wind instrument.
