Influence of the public finance reform on the budgeting proces of the state organizational body. (Case study of the Ministry of Transport)

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Vliv reformy veřejných financí na rozpočtový proces organizační složky státu. (Případová studie Ministerstva dopravy.)“ je zhodnocení vlivu reformy veřejných financí na rozpočtový proces s důrazem na realizaci účetní reformy v oblasti veřejných financí a implementaci integrovaného informačního systému státní pokladny. První kapitola se věnuje reformám veřejných financí se zaměřením na zaváděné změny v rozpočtovém procesu. Další části jsou věnovány účetní reformě veřejných financí a implementaci integrovaného informačního systému státní pokladny. Vlastní analýze a komparaci dat je věnována čtvrtá kapitola. Zhodnocení vlivu, formulace závěru a doporučení jsou v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The thesis entitled "The Impact of Public Finance Reform on the Budgetary Process of Organizational Units of the State. (Case Study of the Ministry of Transport.)" aims to evaluate the impact of the public finance reform on the budgetary process with an emphasis on implementing the accounting reform in public finance as well as the information system for the state treasury. Chapter one deals with public finance with an emphasis on the changes introduced in the budget process. Other parts deal with the financial reform of public finance and implementing an integrated information system of the state treasury. Chapter four deals with the actual analysis and comparison of data. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the impact, and the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
