Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku procesu doručování balíkových zásilek ve státním podniku Česká pošta. Zabývá se konkrétním depem 701 a jeho procesem zpracování zásilek, přípravy na doručení i samotným doručováním. The master thesis focuses on the issue of the parcel delivery process in Česká pošta, s.p. It deals with a concrete depot 701 and its process of consignment processing, preparation for delivery and delivery itself.
