Abstract:
Clostridium difficile je grampozitivní anaerobní tyčka vytvářející spóry. Patří mezi nozokomiální patogeny, způsobující průjem a pseudomembranózní kolitidu. Důvodem patogenního působení je produkce toxinů A a B. V této práci byla testována citlivost 11 klinických izolátů C. difficile na vybrané druhy antibiotik s použitím metody Etest na Schaedlerově anaerobním krevním agaru. Identifikace izolátů do …more
Abstract:
Clostridium difficile is a gram-positive anaerobic rod, forming spores. It belongs among nosocomial pathogens causing diarrhoea and pseudomembranous colitis. The reason of pathogenic effect is the production of toxins A and B. In this study, the susceptibility of 11 clinical isolates of C. difficile was tested to selected antibiotics using Etest method with Schaedler anaerobic blood agar. Identification …more
