Abstract:
Teoretická část této bakalářské práce byla zaměřena na charakterizaci jednotlivých skupin flavonoidních látek a popis jejich významných zástupců. Práce také obsahuje přehled rostlinných surovin a potravin, ve kterých se flavonoidy vyskytují. Vzhledem k velkému množství flavonoidů nebylo možné je v práci všechny obsáhnout. Abstract:
Theoretic part of this bachelors thesis defines particular groups of flavoloid substances and their important representatives. It contains overwiew of vegetable materials, foodstuff and list of flavonoids contained.
