Family versus career from the perspective of young women
Abstract:
Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu rodina, konkrétně definicí, funkcemi a typy. Dále, co je manželství a mateřství, a nakonec pojem kariéra a působení žen na trhu práce. Praktická část v podobě kvantitativního výzkumu se zabývá představami, jaké mají mladé ženy (20-30 let) o rodině a kolik z nich dává přednost kariéře.
Abstract:
The theoretical part deals with a topic family, especially its definition,, functions and different types of families. Futhermore, it characterizes marriage and maternity, as well as the term career and the participation of women in the job market.
