Tématem diplomové práce „Analýza způsobu víceletého rozpočtování ve vybraných obcích“ je procesní benchmarking rozpočtového výhledu tří obcí České republiky. Přínosem diplomové práce je porovnání procesu rozpočtových výhledů a jejich zhodnocení. Práce má sloužit jako ukázka toho, jak by rozpočtové výhledy měly vypadat a jak by obce měly výhled sestavovat.
