Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá chemickou likvidací jmelí bílého pomocí růstového stimulátoru Ethephon na méně častém druhu javoru stříbrném (Acer saccharinum L.) a průzkumem dřevin se zaměřením na stupeň napadení jmelím bílým podle fyziologického stáří hostitelů. Vlastní výzkum je zaměřen na provedení chemického postřiku s následným monitoringem defoliace keříků a na průzkum, které druhy dřevin a fyziologické stáří hostitelů je nejvíce napadeno jmelím bílým. Výsledkem chemické likvidace byla průměrná defoliace keříků 62 %. Provedením průzkumu se potvrdily hypotézy, že fyziologicky starší stromy mají větší stupeň napadení jmelím a hlavními hostitelskými dřevinami jsou Tilia sp. Acer sp.

Abstract:

This work deals with the chemical disposal of white mistletoe using the growth stimulator Ethephon on a fewer common species of silver maple (Acer saccharinum L.) and a survey of woody plants with a focus on the degree of infestation with white mistletoe according to the physiological age of hosts. The research itself is focused on the implementation of chemical spraying with subsequent monitoring of shrub defoliation and on the investigation of which tree species and physiological age of hosts are most affected by white mistletoe. The result of chemical liquidation was an average defoliation of shrubs of 62%. The research confirmed the hypotheses that physiologically older trees have a higher degree of infestation by mistletoe and the main host trees are Tilia sp. and Acer sp.
