Diplomová práce pojednává o výslechu obviněného v trestním řízení jako jednom z nejfrekventovanějších důkazních prostředků. The diploma thesis deals with an interrogation of accused in criminal procedure as one of the most frequent means of evidence. This phenomenon is examined from the perspective of three scientific fields, namely law, criminalistics and psychology.
