Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou objektů, které v určité fázi své existence byly tzv. brownfields a v kontrastu k těmto objektům je řešen areál moderní průmyslové zóny vystavěné na zelené louce, tedy zástupce výstavby na greenfields. Analýza zmíněných objektů je zaměřena na vymezené území ? katastrální území jihočeských obcí Písku a Čížové. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat poměr objektů brownfields …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with an analysis of objects which, in certain time, were brownfields. In contrast to to these objects there is also a modern industrial zone built as a greenfield. The analysis of objects mentioned is focused on selected area - cadastral area of towns at the south of the Czech republic - Pisek and Cizova.
