Legitimisation of Proceeds of Crime
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legalization of criminal proceeds otherwise known as money laundering. The first part defines and describes the essential characteristics of this crime, and methods by which is practically commited. Special attention is paid to current national legislation.
Abstract:
V tejto práci sa zaoberám problematikou legalizácie výnosov z trestnej činnosti inak nazývanej pranie špinavých peňazí. V prvej časti definujem a popisujem základne znaky tohto trestného činu, proces a metódy ktorými prakticky dochádza k jeho páchaniu. Hlavná časť práce je venovaná aktuálnej vnútroštátnej právnej úprave.
