Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vlivem motivace a stimulace v podniku na pracovní výkon zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem je zjistit v jaké míře jsou dnes používány motivační prostředky, zda jsou využívány kvalitně a zda mají přínosný vliv na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of motivation and stimulation in the company on the employees’ performance. Its objective is to find out in what amount the motivation instruments are used, whether they are used effectively and whether they have a contributing influence on the employees’ contentment.
