Abstract:
Diplomová práce hodnotí úroveň komunikace se zákazníkem ve společnosti STOMIX Hodonín s.r.o. a jeho realizaci. Na základě analýzy stávající situace navrhuje změny společnosti s cílem vyššího zisku a kvality služeb poskytovaných zákazníkovi.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis evaluates the level of communication between the customer and the Company STOMIX Hodonín s.r.o. (a Limited Liability Company) and its performance. On the basis of the analysis focusing on the current situation I propose changes to the Company aiming at the achievement of higher profit as well as a higher quality of service provided to the customer.
