Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci produktového portfolia ve strojírenských podnicích. Cílem je navrhnout metodický postup a ekonomicky zhodnotit stávající produktové portfolio metodiky podniku. V teoretické práci je přiblížena problematika pojmů Průmysl 4.0 a Společnost 5.0, strategického řízení, produktového a obchodního portfolia a následné definování analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. Ke zpracování analýz jsou v práci využity vhodně zvolená data a metody. Pro sběr dat byla použita doplňková metoda dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s majitelem a pracovníky metodického podniku. V rámci současné energetické krize, která nastala díky COVID-19 pandemii a válečného konfliktu Ruska na Ukrajině, se v diplomové práci autorka věnuje analýze a ekonomickým výsledkům před energetickou krizí až do současnosti. V diskuzi výsledků jsou zodpovězeny stanovené výzkumné otázky, které jsou na základě výsledků rozebrány a následně v přínosu práce jsou navrhnuty určité metodické postupy optimalizace produktového portfolia ve strojírenských podnicích.

Abstract:

The thesis theme focuses on optimizing the product portfolio in engineering enterprises. The aim is to design a methodology process and economically evaluate the existing product portfolio of the business methodology. The theoretical work approximates the issues of the terms Industry 4.0 and Company 5.0, strategic management, product and business portfolio, and the subsequent definition of analyses of the internal and external environment of the business. Appropriately chosen data and methods are used in the work to process the analyses. An additional method of questionnaire investigation and interviews with the owner and staff of the methodology business was used to collect the data. As part of the current energy crisis, which has occurred thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia's war conflict in Ukraine, the author's thesis focuses on analysis and economic results before the energy crisis up to the present day. In the discussion of the results, certain research questions are answered, which are discussed on the basis of the results and subsequently proposed in the benefit of the work certain methodological processes of product portfolio optimization in engineering enterprises.
