Práce se v první části zaměřuje na problematiku údržby břehových a doprovodných porostů kolem vodních toků.Ze získaných informací z dostupné literatury byla vypracována literární rešerše zabývající se hlavními funkcemi břehového porostu, povinnostmi správce vodního toku a legislativou dle ochrany přírody. The work in the first part focuses on the issue of maintenance of shore and accompanying stands around watercourses. Based on the information obtained from the available literature, a literature review was elaborated dealing with the main functions of the bank stand, obligations of the watercourse administrator and legislation according to nature protection.
