Proposal for a Change in the Organisational Structure in the Selected Company in Healthcare

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na změnu organizační struktury ve vybrané společnosti podnikající v oboru výroby ortopedicko-protetických pomůcek ve zdravotnictví. Diplomová práce je složena z celkem tří částí. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracování literární rešerše související s oblastí organizační struktury společnosti a následná formulace teoretických východisek pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současného stavu organizační struktury ve vybrané společnosti ve zdravotnictví. Získané výsledky následně vedly ke zpracování projektové části, která je zaměřena na aktualizaci organizační struktury ve vybrané společnosti podnikající v oboru výroby ortopedicko-protetických pomůcek ve zdravotnictví. Součástí projektu je také analýza, a to zejména časová, nákladová a riziková.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the organisational structure change in a selected company operating in the production of orthopaedic and prosthetic aids in healthcare. The diploma thesis consists of a total of three parts. The theoretical part aimed to elaborate a literature search related to the company's organisational structure and the subsequent formulation of the theoretical basis for the elaboration of the practical part. The practical part aimed to analyse the current state of the organisational structure in a selected society in health care. The obtained results subsequently led to elaborating the project part, which focuses on updating the organisational structure in a selected company operating in the field of production of orthopaedic and prosthetic aids in healthcare. The project also includes analysis, especially time, cost and risk.
