Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na řízení materiálového toku, skladování materiálu a využití systému kanban. Součástí je též popis všech činností ve zvolené společnosti a na závěr předložení analýzy možných zlepšení ve skladování i ve využívání systému kanban.
Abstract:
The work focus on material flow management, warehousing and activity of kanban system. Part of this work is also description of all activities in selected company and in the end analysis of possible improving in warehousing and using of kanban system.
