Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce Fundraising a public relations neziskové organizace je zmapování využití těchto nástrojů ve vybraných neziskových organizacích, působících v oblasti sociální péče ve veřejném neziskovém sektoru. Úvodní kapitoly se věnují neziskovému sektoru, marketingu, public relations, financování včetně fundraisingu, v další části je práce pojata jako konkrétní kazuistika, kdy metodikou získávání empirických dat je zvolen hloubkový rozhovor. Závěrem práce je provedena komparativní analýza získaných dat a jsou nastíněna doporučení pro další eventuální rozvoj v této oblasti.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelors thesis is Fundraising and Public Relations in Non-profit Organisation. Its aim is to assess the strategies adopted in selected public sector, non-profit organizations, specializing in social care. The introductory chapters describe the non-profit sector´s efforts in, marketing, public relations and financial management (including fundraising). In the middle chapters, the thesis is developed using a concrete case study based on empiral data gathered from in depth interviews. The final part of the thesis sets out comparative analysis of the research data obtained and concludes with recommendations for possible further development in this area.
