Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování architektonicko-urbanistické studie nově vzniklé zastavitelné plochy, dle nového územního plánu Statutárního města České Budějovice. Jedná se o lokalitu „Voříškův dvůr“ na okraji Pražského sídliště, jež je součástí katastrálního území České Budějovice 3, kde je v současné době poslední nezastavěný prostor o rozloze necelých 6 ha. Koncept vývoje finální podoby územní studie spočíval ve vytvoření několika variant, z nichž byla vybrána úplně ta nejvhodnější s ohledem na současné a budoucí potřeby společnosti, z hlediska propojení s okolní zástavbou či v návaznosti na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu v přilehlém území s cílem nejekonomičtější varianty zóny technické vybavenosti – obytné zóny. Výstupem je územní studie, tedy návrh využití zastavitelného území v dané lokalitě. Součástí práce je navržení objektu novostavby terasové domu s garážemi ve stupni studie stavby, která je doplněná o perspektivní exteriérové zobrazení.

Abstract in English The subject of the diploma thesis is elaboration of the architectural-urbanistic studies of the newly created buildable area according to the new zoning plan of the Statutory City of České Budějovice. It is a locality „Voříškův dvůr“ on the edge of the Prague housing estate, which is part of the cadastral area České Budějovice 3, where is currently the last undeveloped space with an area of less than 6 ha. The concept of the development of the final form of the territorial study consisted in the creation of several variants, from which the most suitable one was selected with regard to the current and future needs of society, in terms of interconnection with the surrounding buildings or in connection with the existing transport and technical infrastructure in the adjacent area with the aim of the most economical variant of the zone technical equipment - residential zone. The output is a territorial study, ie a proposal for the use of buildable land in a given locality. Part of the work is the design of a newly built terrace house with garages in the study stage of the building, which is supplemented by a perspective exterior view.
