Design of a Tool for Milling Hardened Material
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis tepelného zpracování oceli, procesu frézování a frézovacích nástrojů. V praktické části byl proveden experiment, ve kterém bylo navrženo deset fréz s rozdílnou nástrojovou geometrií. Následně byly tyto frézy vyrobeny a otestovány na CNC obráběcím centru. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis contains a description of heat treatment of steel, milling process and milling tools. In the practical part was performed an experiment in which were designed ten milling cutters with different tool geometries.
