Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá krajskou věznicí v Uherském Hradišti a to v období od počátku jednání o postavení nové budovy do roku 1945. Významná část práce se zabývá výstavbou justičního areálu na dnešním Palackého náměstí mezi léty 1892 a 1897. Další části práce se zabývají běžným provozem této věznice v období habsburské monarchie, Československé republiky a částečně i v navazující době do roku 1945. Primárním …more
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the history of the district jail in Uherské Hradiště, covering the period arching from the first negotiations for the construction of the building to the year 1945. A substantial part of the work focuses on the construction of the complex of judicial premises at today's Palacký square between the years 1892 and 1897.
