The business plan for coffee shop focused on specialty coffee

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje projektu založení kavárny. V teoretické části byli informace získávaný z odborné literatury, jenž podpořily v konečném důsledku problematiku spojenou s podnikáním. Druhá část se věnuje vnitřní a vnější analýze, byla provedena PEST analýza na potřebnou lokaci našeho podnikání. Další analýza se soustředí na konkurenci. V poslední části byl realizován dotazníkový průzkum, který odhalil detaily o potencionálních zákaznících. Třetí část aplikuje získané poznatky přímo do podnikatelského plánu. Hlavní cíl diplomové práce spočíval v sestavení kvalitního podnikatelského plánu jenž bude proveditelný v realistickém prostředí.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on opening of cafe. The theoretical part is based on information from expert literature which supported problematic of business. In second part you can find information about internal and external analysis, I made also PEST analysis which is focused on current location of our café. Other analysis is focus on competition. The last part of second part is about marketing research, which revealed details about potential customers. The third part applies the acquired knowledge directly to the business plan. The main aim of the diploma thesis was create a quality business plan that will be feasible in a realistic environment.
