Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odměňování zaměstnanců v podnikatelské sféře. Jde zejména o to, přiblížit čtenářům vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako je například pojem mzda a plat, jaký je mezi nimi rozdíl, dále základní dělení forem mezd a jiné.
