Permitted Limitations of the Trade between EU Member States
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především dovolenými omezeními obchodu mezi státy EU podle článku 36 SFEU a podle závazných požadavků judikatury ESD. Dále popisuje překážky, které brání volnému pohybu zboží a analyzuje vybrané rozsudky ESD v souvislosti s tématem.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with permitted limitations of the trade between EU Member States justified on Article 36 TFEU and mandatory requirements recognized by the Court of Justice. It describes barriers to the free movement of goods and it analyses specific judgments of the Court of Justice related to the topic.
