Stock price bubble in Japan and USA

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou akciových bublin, jako fenoménu finančního trhu. V první kapitole je nejdříve krátce představená teorie efektivních trhu, ze které se často vychází pří analýze bublin. Následně je představeno několik matematických modelu bublin, a to racionální bublinu, deterministickou bublinu, vnitřní bublinu a bublinu s pravděpodobnosti splasknutí. V teoretické části je rozebráno několik přístupu behaviorálních financi, je představen model Roberta Shillera, popsán omezení efektivnímu trhu ve formě kapitálového omezení, psychologických omezení, nebo omezení krátkých prodejů. Na konci první kapitoly je představen experimentální přístup k analýze bublin, simulace finančních trhu v laboratoři. V další části je popsaná finanční a nemovitostní bublina v Japonsku, makroekonomická situace, shrnutí příčin této situace, a představeno několik empirických studii zabývajících se touto bublinou. Nakonec byla provedená vlastní empirická analýza na zjištění faktoru, které měli vliv na akciový a nemovitostní trh v USA za posledních 20 let.

Abstract:

The work deals with the stock bubble, a financial market phenomenon. In the first chapter briefly introduced the theory of efficient markets, of which often comes in the analysis of bubbles. Then, a few bubbles mathematical model, a rational bubble, deterministic bubble inside a bubble and the bubble bursting with probabilities. The theoretical part is disassembled several behavioral finance approach is introduced model Robert Shiller, an efficient market restrictions described in the form of capital constraints, psychological limitations or restrictions on short sales. At the end of the first chapter presents an experimental approach to the analysis of bubbles, financial market simulation in the laboratory. The next section describes the financial and real estate bubble in Japan, the macroeconomic situation, a summary of the reasons for this situation and presents several empirical studies of this bubble. Finally, the empirical analysis made to determine factors which have an impact on the stock and real estate markets in the USA for the last 20 years.
