Cytokinin je mnohostranný rostlinný hormon. Jeho signalizace je úzce spojená se signálními dráhami světla a diurnální rytmicitou, ale tyto molekulární mechanismy zdaleka nejsou kompletně pochopeny. Tato práce popisuje rostlinné rytmy a stručně shrnuje cytokininovou signalizaci. Abstract:
Cytokinin is a multifaceted plant hormone. Its signalling is closely interlinked with the light perception pathway and diurnal rhythmicity, but the molecular mechanisms are far from completely understood. This thesis reviews plant rhythms and briefly summarizes cytokinin signalling.
