Project management methodologies and their practical applications in IT project teams in the development of software for the selected company
Abstract:
There are many methodologies of project management. The aim of the work is to summarize the issues of project management and respond to the current challenges and problems that IT projects have to face. The hypothesis is that the application of agile techniques of project management will help to resolve the situation.
Abstract:
Existuje mnoho metodík projektového manažmentu. Cieľom práce je zhrnúť problematiku a odpovedať na aktuálne výzvy a problémy, ktorým IT projekty čelia. Hypotézou je, že aplikácia agilných metodík projektového manažmentu pomôže situáciu riešiť.
