Abstract:

Poznatky o sociální realitě, tedy o institucích, normách, hodnotách, lidech a o vztazích mezi nimi organizují její fungování. Klíč pro integraci dítěte do společnosti a pro jeho přípravu na sociální začlenění. Během posledních dvou desetiletí se tato skutečnost změnila, kdy se důsledkem vlivu sociálních, politických a ekonomických změn, došlo k mnoha rychlým změnám. Škola je jedním z hlavních prostředí socializace a představuje prostor, kde jsou hodnoty lze nejen naučit, ale taky praktikovat a vštěpovat. Asertivita je důležitou interpersonální dovedností profesionálního učitele. Práce analyzuje, jak asertivitu využívají učitelé prvního stupně.

Abstract:

Knowledge of social reality, about institutions, norms, values, people and relationships between them, organizes its functioning. The key to integrating the child into society and preparing it for social inclusion. Over the last two decades, this has changed, with many rapid changes resulting from the influence of social, political and economic changes. The school is one of the main environments of socialization and represents a space where values can not only be learned but also practiced and instilled. Assertiveness is an important interpersonal skill of a professional teacher. The work analyzes how assertiveness is used by first-level teachers.
