Diplomová práce je pojednání o celních kodexech, které byly prostupně přijaty v rámci EU. Autor představuje celní kodex Společenství, Modernizovaný celní kodex a aktuální celní kodex Unie. Zaměřuje se nejen na jejich vzájemné porovnání, ale rovněž představuje vazby na národní právní úpravu. The diploma thesis is a disputation about Customs Codes that have been adopted within EU. The author presents the Community Customs Code, the Modernised Customs Code and the current Union Customs Code.
