Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou business modelů ve specifickém prostředí start-up společností. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat problematiku klíčových faktorů úspěchu business modelu start-up společnosti, ze zjištěných znalostí identifikovat kritické faktory úspěchu business modelu a ty posléze aplikovat na existující start-up projekt Triphood a ověřit jejich platnost. Metoda práce se skládá z analýzy dosavadních postupů, analýzy provedených průzkumů start-up společností a analýzy procesu vytváření business modelu. Následuje sestavení mode-lu kritických faktorů úspěchu business modelu start-up společnosti a jeho ověření na existují-cím startupu.Práce ve své teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy související se start-up společnostmi. Následující část se zabývá problematikou business modelů, ve které klade velký důraz na popis nástroje business model Canvas. V této části je též popsán doporučený postup tvorby business modelu ve specifickém prostředí start-up společností. Další část se věnuje kritickým faktorům úspěchu. Zde jsou popsány dosavadní pohledy na kritické faktory úspěchu a jejich využitelnost v rámci business modelu start-up společnosti. Dále je popsán proces sestavování hypotézy v podobě modelu kritických faktorů úspěchu pro business model start-up společ-nosti. Následující části jsou věnovány bližšímu popisu financí a marketingu v prostředí start-up společnosti.V úvodu praktické části je představena start-up společnost Triphood. Následující části jsou věnovány aplikaci modelu kritických faktorů úspěchu business modelu start-up společnosti definovaného v teoretické části práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is about the problems of business models in sturtup companies. The aim of the thesis is to describe the key factors of success of the business startup model of the company. From the found knowledge to identify the critical success factors of the business model, those then apply to the existing Triphood project startup and verify their va-lidity.The work method consists of an analysis of the previous procedures, analyzes of surveys of startup companies, analysis of the business model creation process. Then build a model of critical success factors of the business model of a startup company and its validation on the existing startup company.The work in its theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to startup companies.The following section deals with business model issues, which puts great emphasis on the descrip-tion of the Canvas business model.This section also describes the recommended business modeling process in a specific startup company environment. The next part deals with the critical factors of success, here are described the critical factors of success and their usability in the business startup model of the company. Then thesis describes the process of assem-bling the hypothesis as a model of critical success factors for business startup. The following sections are devoted to a more detailed description of finance and marketing in the compa-ny's startup environment.In the beginning of the practical part is introduced startup company Triphood. The following sections are dedicated to the application of the model of critical factors of success in the business model startup, defined in the theoretical part of the thesis.
