Study of Regulatory T-lymphocytes of children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Abstract:
Předkládaná disertační práce je zaměřena na průkaz rozdílného zastoupení regulačních CD4+CD25+ T lymfocytů u dětí s nejčastějším systémovým autoimunitním onemocněním - juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou oproti zdravým dětem. Dalším cílem práce bylo sledování hladin regulačních CD4+CD25+ T-lymfocytů v závislosti na průběhu léčby a formy juvenilní idiopatické artritidy.
Abstract:
Main goal of this thesis shows a different representation of regulatory CD4+CD25+ T-lymphocytes in children with the most common systemic autoimmune disease - juvenile idiopathic arthritis compared with healthy children. Another goal of this work was to monitor the levels of regulatory CD4+CD25+ T-cells depending on the course of treatment and forms of juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
