Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje venkova a identitou krajiny v kontextu Evropské úmluvy o krajině. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definice spojené s pojmem krajinný ráz a plánování krajiny. Dále je práce zaměřena na historii vývoje kulturní krajiny na venkově a řeší základní principy jeho rozvoje z hlediska udržitelnosti. Jako modelové území byla vybrána obec Staré Hobzí. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of rural development and landscape identity in the context of the European Landscape Convention. The theoretical part is focused on the definitions associated with the concept of landscape character and landscape planning.
