Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou bezdůvodného obohacení v občanskoprávních vztazích. Klade si za cíl zpracování problematiky institutu bezdůvodného obohacení, objasnění jeho právní povahy, funkcí, předpokladů vzniku, jednotlivých skutkových podstat a právních následků dle zákona č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. This bachelor thesis is aimed at processing of the civil-law aspects of the unjust enrichment, clarification of its legal nature, functions, presumption of its origin and legal consequences just as they emerge from the Civil Code (40/1964 Sb.) in the version of further legal enactments.
