Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací a validací stanovení fentanylu, sufentanilu a buprenorfinu metodou kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé látky, především jejich chemické vlastnosti a působení na lidský organismus.
