Cílem této práce je poskytnout ucelený obraz o životě a díle jednoho z nejvýznamnějších českých emigrantů 18. století - Jiřího Antonína Bendy. V první kapitole jsou popsány důvody emigrace a její vliv na postavení umělců ve společnosti na přelomu 17. a 18. století. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to provide a compact insight into life and works of one of the most important Czech emigrants of the 18th century - Jiří Antonín Benda. First chapter describes the reasons of emigration and its effects on lives of artists at the end of 17th and in the beginning of 18th century. Second chapter summarises life of Jiří Antonín Benda.
