Legal aspects of company combination
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vymezení pojmu integrace, tak jak je chápán v odborné ekonomické literatuře, a snaha postihnout základní právní aspekty celé problematiky. Dále jsem zde charakterizoval formy, kterými se může integrace uskutečňovat, a zabýval se určitými spornými otázkami.
Abstract:
The main goal of this bachelor thesis was the delimitation of the integrative conception in the way as it is interpreted in scientific economic literature and the endeavor to cover basic legal aspects of the whole domain. Further I characterized forms during which can be the integration put into practice and dealed with some disputable questions.
