Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou úverového procesu u spotrebného úveru na bývanie vo vybraných bankách SR. Práca je rozčlenená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola diplomovej práce venuje pozornosť komerčným bankám a dôraz kladie na spotrebné úvery a úverový proces v komerčnej banke.
