Abstract:
Metaloléčiva jsou celosvětově široce využívány pro léčbu mnoha nemocí tak jako i diagnostické prostředky. Díky rozšíření jejich využití byla objevena skupina Ru(III) komplexů, které mají potenciál být protirakovinnými proléčivy. Metallodrugs are widely used compounds around the world against large number of diseases as well as for use as diagnostic agents. Thanks to their expansion was discovered group of Ru(III) complexes that are considered to be potential anticancer prodrugs.
