Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis vztahu mezi mužskou neplodností a vznikem aneuploidií v embryích, a jejich řešení pomocí metod preimplantační genetické analýzy. The aim of this thesis is to describe the relations between the male infertility and embryo aneuploidy. It also deals with the methods of preimplantation genetic analysis using for detecting the presence of an abnormal number of chromosomes.
