Diplomová práce s názvem „Rozvoj angažovanosti zaměstnanců“ se zabývá vybranými modely a faktory, jež ovlivňují a zvyšují angažovanost zaměstnanců. The thesis Employee Involvement Development deals with the selected models and factors that influence employee engagement in society. At the end of the thesis, according to scientific knowledge, the company has proposed a new model of engagement.
