Bakalářská práce se zabývá duševním vlastnictvím z pohledu malých a středních podniků. V první kapitole jsou definovány malé a střední podniky, taky jsou podrobně rozebrána autorská práva a průmyslové vlastnictví. The bachelor thesis deals with intellectual property from the point of view of small and medium enterprises. The first chapter defines small and medium-sized enterprises, which elaborate in detail copyright and industrial property.
