Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje fluktuaci pracovníků ve společnosti Tally Weijl Czech retail. Konkrétně pobočky s dámskou módou sídlící v OC Palladium v Praze. Cílem práce je zlepšit koeficient fluktuace zaměstnanců a navrhnout příslušná opatření k efektivnějšímu výběru a udržení pracovního týmu. Organizace se dlouhodobě potýká s častým odchodem zaměstnanců, které jsem oslovila a na základě jejich odpovědí analyzovala důvody k opuštění firmy. V praktické části jsem formulovala hlavní výzkumné otázky a analyzovala příčiny fluktuace. V závěru práce jsem navrhla doporučení, která by vedla ke stabilizaci pracovního kolektivu.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the fluctuation of workers in the company Tally Weijl Czech retail. Specifically, women's fashion branches based in Palladium shopping centre in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to improve the staff turnover coefficient and to propose appropriate measures for more efficient selection and retention of the work team. The organization has been struggling with the frequent departure of employees for a long time, which I addressed and based on their answers analyzed the reasons for leaving the company. In the practical part I have formulated the main research questions and analyzed the causes of fluctuation. At the end of the thesis I suggested a recommendation that would lead to the stabilization of the working team.
