Abstract:
DNA-závislá RNA polymerasa (RNAP) je enzym katalyzující syntézu RNA, na templátu DNA. RNA polymerasa, která je obsažena ve všech buňkách, je zodpovědná za polymeraci nukleosidtrifosfátů ATP, CTP, GTP a UTP v reakci poháněné uvolněním a následnou hydrolýzou PPi. Abstract:
DNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RNAP) catalyzes synthesis of RNA on a DNA template. All cells contain RNA polymerase which catalyzes polymerization of nucleoside triphosphates ATP CTP, GTP and UTP in a reaction driven by release and hydrolysis of PPi.
